Thanks for stopping by! I love staying at home with my baby girl this summer! She's only 2 so it is VERY easy to impress her. She gets a kick out of the simple things (for now!) Here's what we've been up to...
Bouncing in the jumper, which she's probably too old for.
Painting with water colors
Taking care of all the babies
Reading
Lots of pool time
Playing with new birthday toys
Building tents out of furniture and a blanket
and naps in the boat!
However, if you are looking for something to do with a bigger kid on a rainy day - here's an easy crowd pleaser that I do with my 5th graders on the first day of school to get them excited about science.
What you need...
Milk
Q-Tip
Dawn Dish Detergent
Food coloring
Plate that you can pour milk in without it leaking out
Directions...
Pour enough milk in the plate just to cover the bottom.
Let your little one put a few drops of different colors of food coloring.
Dip the Q-Tip into the Dawn Dish Detergent.
Place it in the middle of the milk and prepare to be amazed!
This is what you'll get...
