My blogging has gotten a little more spaced out since I've been back at work. It's not that I don't have time to blog, I've just been forgetting to take pictures so this morning I made sure to take the camera to school.
Grace is L-O-V-I-N-G loving the 2 year old class! I don't even know why I was worried about her. She is learning so many new things each and every day. She knows all her colors, shapes and can sing the ABC's all by herself. She rarely gets upset when I drop her off but is so happy when I return which is the highlight of my day!
Today we had to go to the doctor right after school. She has had the crud and it just won't go away even with nebulizer treatments. Grace was SO good at the doctor. I don't know if it's the doctor's kit she has at Nanny's that has made her feel a little more at ease but she let the doctor listen to her heart and chest and look in her ears with no trouble at all. She was so good that I knew she deserved a treat. I headed to a place where few of my friends and family like to go - Wal-Mart and knew I had found the right present as sooon as I saw it.
A T-Ball set!! Grace loves talking about Uncle Q and baseball. Over the weekend she had Nanny throw a ball to her and would hit it with one of her toys that she thought looked like a bat. She loved this!
She hasn't mastered her swing yet but I'm sure with a little more practice she'll be good.
